Cancellation & Refund Policy

Purpose: This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for services provided by Reu Media Solutions.

Cancellation

Project Initiation : You have the right to cancel any project before initiation without any penalty. A project is considered initiated after a signed agreement and initial deposit are received.
After Initiation: Cancellations after project initiation will be subject to the following terms:

Website Design

  • Up to 50% If cancelled after design work begins but before mock-ups are presented
  • 75% - 100% of the project cost: If cancelled after mock-ups are presented or development begins.
  • Non-refundable: Costs associated with third-party services like stock photos or domain registration.

Social Media Marketing, SEO, Branding Services

  • 30 days prior to campaign start: Full refund, minus any non-refundable setup fees
  • 15-29 days prior: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days prior: No refund
  • Pre-paid packages: Pro-rated refund based on unused services

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that processing fees charged by payment processors may not be refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Time and materials spent on project initiation, including meetings, proposals, and research.
  • Costs associated with third-party services not directly controlled by Reu Media Solutions.
  • Pre-paid advertising campaigns or sponsored content.

  • This policy applies to all services offered by Reu Media Solutions.
  • We encourage open communication and will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution in case of any concerns.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
